ABOUT US

C&C Catering was founded by brothers Chris and Carl Herring, driven by the desire to work together for the first time after years of experience in various restaurants across Rochdale. Our journey began in 2004 with the launch of C&C Café in the heart of Shaw, Oldham, alongside operations at Tunshill Golf Club in Milnrow.

When Carl graduated from university and moved on to new ventures, he left the company in the capable hands of Chris. With a strong reputation for delivering fantastic food, the name C&C Catering remained—a testament to the legacy we had built.

Over the years, we’ve grown steadily, expanding our team with passionate individuals who now feel like family—some even quite literally! From building our very own commercial kitchen to being part of our customers’ most cherished moments, we’ve loved every step of this journey. Whether it’s weddings, birthdays, new beginnings, or even supporting families during difficult times, we take pride in providing exceptional food for every occasion.

Through challenges like COVID-19 and rising inflation, the unwavering support of our incredible customers and dedicated team has kept us going. Today, we proudly cater events of all sizes across Oldham—from intimate family gatherings to grand celebrations with over 600 guests, including occasions for the Mayor of Oldham.
